Another fantastic Northern Beaches Network event on 27 October on “How To Make Appointments Using Social Media” with Robert Leroux from iSapience Digital and “Collaborating To Grow Your Business” from Jillian Daniels from the Bagtrader.

Robert Leroux from iSapience Digital shared how you can use LinkedIn in a structured and measurable way to make connections, generate leads and make appointments. It all starts with building and demonstrating your expertise by enhancing your profile. Your profile should be presented more like a sales document rather than a resume. It should demonstrate the value that you have created for your clients, employers and the value you can bring to potential clients. By using the “Advanced” search feature, you can create a list of your potential customers. From this list, you then establish meaningful connections and conversations with the intention to eventually take your conversations with your connections offline.

Jillian Daniels from Bag Trader shared with us how she found and collaborated with people on Instagram who were aligned to her brand. This helped grow her online business exponentially. Jillian first established her brand identity and target audience and then focused on finding and collaborating with people who were aligned to her brand and target market. Through collaboration she found the right people to act as product ambassadors which helped grow the profile of her brand, reach out to her target audience and increased her sales.
